Over De Filosoof
De Filosoof is een periodiek tijdschrift dat wordt uitgegeven van en voor het Departement Filosofie en Religiewetenschappen van de Universiteit Utrecht.
Elke uitgave van ons blad is een balans van (toegankelijke) academische filosofische artikelen, columns en literaire bijdragen, zoals korte verhalen en poëzie. Dit alles wordt vergezeld door rijke illustratie, handgemaakt door onze illustratoren. Onze oplage betreft 600 fysieke bladen, die naar alle docenten en studenten (BA Filosofie, MA Applied Ethics, RMA Philosophy) van het departement worden verstuurd. Wij publiceren driemaal per academisch jaar.
Het blad is in het jaar 2000 door studenten opgericht en nog steeds bestaat onze redactie uit studenten van het bovengenoemde departement. Zij zijn van zowel bachelor- als masterniveau.
About De Filosoof
De Filosoof is a periodical magazine published by and for the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies at Utrecht University.
Each issue of our magazine is a balance of (accessible) academic philosophical articles, columns, and literary contributions, such as short stories and poetry. All of this is accompanied by rich illustrations, handcrafted by our illustrators. Our circulation consists of 600 physical copies, which are sent to all faculty and students (BA Philosophy, MA Applied Ethics, RMA Philosophy) of the department. We publish three times per academic year.
The magazine was founded by students in the year 2000, and our editorial board still consists of students from the aforementioned department. They are from both bachelor's and master's levels.
